The Park At Greenbriar Apartments was purchased by Tusk Equity Partners in June 2018. With underperforming financials, and requiring capital expenditures, the acquisition provided a strong value-add opportunity.


Tusk Equity Partners deployed a capital expenditure strategy to repair the down-units and further develop the Property. Large- scale improvements to the common area amenities, particularly family-oriented amenities, helped improve the Property, increase demand, and drive up the revenues


The property has continued to improve its performance and has significantly increased its valuation. Investors has received cash-on-cash distributions since purchase.
